Mary Skoby Cowan and Suzanne Zellers, two of Concord's top real estate producers, are the founders of Cowan and Zellers Real Estate. Teeny Sherman, Diane Jousset, Brian Jolicoeur, and Sandy Heino serve as sales associates. Cathy Lyons is office administrator.


Mary Skoby Cowan
began her real estate career at Dunning Real Estate Services in 1985, specializing in new home construction. She was a founding owner and president of ConCorp Realty Services, Inc. in 1990.

Throughout her real estate career, Cowan has consistently been a top producer in residential sales of new and existing homes. She has been active within the industry, holding a number of positions on the state and local level, including Chairperson of the Concord Multiple Listing Service Committee and the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee. In 1992 she was elected President of the Concord Board of Realtors, the youngest member to hold that title. In 1990, she was first inducted into the National Honor Society of the National Association of Realtors.

Active in the community, Cowan currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., is a member of the Executive Committee, and is the past Chair of the Business Development Committee. She was one of the original trustees for the Capitol Center for the Arts and recently was re-elected to the Board of Trustees for CCA. She was the Chair of the Penacook Assisted Living Committee, and is a past board member of the YMCA and Downtown Concord, Inc. Cowan is also on the Board of Directors for Capital Regional Health Care Corporation and the Board of the Concord Community Music School.

Cowan earned her bachelor of arts degree from Wheaton College in Norton, Mass., and has completed a number of courses and seminars at the local, state and national levels in the field of real estate. Suzanne Zellers Beck began her real estate career in 1987 with the Concord Norwood Realty office. In 1991, she joined ConCorp Realty Services, Inc. as an owner and officer. Prior to her real estate career, she was an admissions and financial aid counselor at the University of Rhode Island. Suzanne and her partner founded Cowan and Zellers Real Estate Professionals, LLC in the fall of 1999.

A native of Concord and an alumna of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, Suzanne currently resides in Bow with her husband, Paul Beck. She has two daughters and a son.

Suzanne is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Concord Board of Realtors where she is a director and serves on its Public Relations Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the American Red Cross.

Suzanne is thoroughly committed to both the buyers and sellers with whom she works. She has earned the Certified Buyer Representative designation as part of her on-going education process. Suzanne has extensive experience in both new construction and the re-sale of existing homes. As a relocation specialist, she is adept at meeting the needs of those who may be new to the area.

Teeny Sherman
, a long-time resident of Concord, has been active in real estate since 1994. Throughout her real estate career, she has consistently been one of the area’s leading multi-million dollar producers.

Teeny is a member of the Concord Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In her free time, Teeny enjoys spending time with her children and pursuing her hobbies, which include painting, art and dance.

Diane Jousset, a longtime resident of Bow, returned to the field of Real Estate in 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Previous work experience includes acting as Residential Closing Coordinator for a New Hampshire developer and builder.

Diane has been active in the Concord Junior Service League, the Bow PTO, Emerson Preschool Board of Directors and is co-founder of EPIC Investment Club. She is a member of the Concord Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In her free time, Diane enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with her four children.

Brian Jolicoeur
, a New Hampshire native, owned and operated his own business in Warner, NH, for 13 years. BCR Equestrian Center provided equestrian training for riders of all ages. Brian also acted as a consultant for buyers and sellers of horses and for 3 ½ years he served as the head coach for Colby Sawyer College’s Equestrian Program. He gives of his time providing riding lessons for children with disabilities.

Brian is a member of the Concord Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and also the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors.

Sandy Heino

Sandy grew up in Hopkinton and has lived in Weare with her husband David for over 30 years. She is a graduate of New England College and has owned and operated Sandy Heino & Assoc. Real Estate in Hopkinton Village for 20 years. Sandy has been active in real estate since 1984 and was Concord Board of Realtors President in 1985 and Concord Board Realtor of the Year in 1986. She has served on numerous state and local board committees and is currently a member of the Greater Sunapee Board of Realtors.

Sandy is a charter member of the Hopkinton Rotary Club and helps head up the Hopkinton Rotary Scholarship Golf Tournament each year. She is a member of the Hopkinton Women’s Club, the Hopkinton Garden Club and the Concord Garden Club.

Sandy and her husband are avid NASCAR fans and she has served on the Victory Lane Committee at New Hampshire International Speedway for a number of years. Sandy loves the outdoors and her hobbies include golf, gardening, skiing, snowmobiling and spending lots of time with her many nieces and nephews and her three cats.
