Mary Skoby Cowan and Suzanne Zellers Beck, two of Concord NH's top real estate producers, are the founders of Cowan and Zellers Real Estate, LLC. They are pleased to have a highly respected and successful team of experienced broker associates and office administrator. Mary and Suzanne, along with agents Sandy Heino, John Langill, Calvin Herst and Molly Hardenbergh, work together as a team. Mary Skoby Cowan
Mary Skoby Cowan began her real estate career at Dunning Real Estate Services in 1985, specializing in new home construction. She was a founding owner and president of ConCorp Realty Services, Inc. in 1990. Both these companies were based in Concord, New Hampshire.
Throughout her real estate career, Cowan has consistently been a top producer in residential sales of new and existing homes. She has been active within the industry, holding a number of positions on the state and local level, including Chairperson of the Concord NH Multiple Listing Service Committee and the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee. In 1992 she was elected President of the Concord NH Board of Realtors, the youngest member to hold that title. In 1990, she was first inducted into the National Honor Society of the National Association of Realtors.
Active in the community, Cowan has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Concord NH's Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. served on the Executive Committee, and is past Chair of the Business Development Committee. She was one of the original trustees for the Capitol Center for the Arts and was re-elected to the Board of Trustees for CCA. She was the Chair of the Penacook Assisted Living Committee, and is a past board member of the YMCA, Downtown Concord, Inc., and the Board of Directors for Capital Regional Health Care Corporation. Cowan also has served as a Trustee for the Concord NH Community Music School, and New Hampshire Council for the Trust for Public Lands. Cowan was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Five Rivers Conservation Trust.
Cowan earned her bachelor of arts degree from Wheaton College in Norton, Mass., and has completed a number of courses and seminars at the local, state and national levels in the field of real estate. Suzanne Zellers Beck
Suzanne Zellers Beck began her real estate career in 1987 with the Concord Norwood Realty office. In 1991, she joined ConCorp Realty Services, Inc. in Concord NH as an owner and officer. Prior to her real estate career, she was an admissions and financial aid counselor at the University of Rhode Island. Suzanne and her partner founded Cowan and Zellers Real Estate Professionals, LLC in the fall of 1999.
A native of Concord and an alumna of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, Suzanne currently resides in Bow NH with her husband, Paul Beck. She has two daughters and a son.
Suzanne is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Concord NH Board of Realtors where she is a director and serves on its Public Relations Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Concord NH chapter of the American Red Cross.
Suzanne is thoroughly committed to both the buyers and sellers with whom she works. She has earned the Certified Buyer Representative designation as part of her on-going education process. Suzanne has extensive experience in both new construction and the re-sale of existing homes. As a relocation specialist, she is adept at meeting the needs of those who may be new to the area.

Sandy Heino - GRI, CRS, CBR
Sandy Heino grew up in Hopkinton NH and has lived in Weare NH with her husband David for over 40 years. She is a graduate of New England College and has owned and operated Sandy Heino & Associates Real Estate in Hopkinton Village for 20+ years.
Sandy began her real estate career in 1984 at Dunning Real Estate and served as President of the Concord Board of Realtors in 1995 and was Concord Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year in 1996. Most recently she served as President of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors for 2013 and is currently on their Board of Directors. Sandy is a Director of the Northern New England Real Estate Network and serves on the New Hampshire Association Board of Realtors legal committee.
Sandy has served on numerous state and local board committees for over 30 years. Sandy is dedicated to her Real Estate career and takes seriously the ethical code and professional conduct that goes along with being a Realtor.
Sandy is a charter member of the Hopkinton Rotary Club and has helped head up the Hopkinton Rotary Scholarship Golf Tournament for many years. She is a member of the Hopkinton NH Women’s Club and the Concord NH Garden Club. Sandy also serves on the New Hampshire Motor Speedway Victory Lane Committee. Sandy truly loves real estate and plans to enjoy assisting Sellers and Buyers for many more years to come.
Calvin Herst joined the Cowan and Zellers team in 2013. Widely recognized for his ability to build and maintain relationships, he brings thirty years of management experience to the group. His interpersonal skills, easy sense of humor, and business acumen serve him well when guiding clients through the many steps of a successful real estate transaction, and he looks forward to assisting you whether you’re purchasing your very first home or selling a place that you’ve called home for many years.
Calvin has lived in Concord since 1997. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors. In addition to performing throughout New England as a professional pianist, he loves golfing, windsurfing and home renovation projects.
John Langill became a member of the National Association of Realtors in 1986. He obtained his New Hampshire brokers license in 1987. In September of 1987 John founded Real Estate Stop North, a Concord based real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential home sales and new construction.
Ten years later, in 1997 John was one of the founders and owners of Cherry Hill Homes, Inc., a residential construction company. From 1997 to the present Cherry Hill Homes has constructed many fine homes throughout the greater Concord area including homes in Little Pond Estates and Walkers Reserve. New homes constructed by Cherry Hill Homes will be marketed by Cowan and Zellers Real Estate Professionals LLC.
John was the recipient of the “2006 Builder Member of the Year” awarded by the Homebuilder and Remodeler Association of New Hampshire. He served 3 consecutive terms as president of the Concord Area Home Builder and Remodeler Association; served on the board of directors for the Public Policy Alliance for Housing; served on the Legislative Committee for the HBARANH. He is presently on the Concord Housing Commission and holds a position with the Northern New England Builder Safety Group Board of Directors.
John brings over 24 years of residential home sales and construction experience as an Associate Broker to Cowan and Zellers Real Estate Professionals LLC.
Molly is our newest sales associate. She and her family have lived in New Hampshire since 2000. Molly has a BS degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and was employed in MIS consulting and project management for Accenture, Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, and various clients in the utility industry.
Having bought and sold multiple homes in multiple states, Molly is particularly sensitive to consumer needs and viewpoints.
For two decades she has focused on raising her children and family life; home is truly where Molly’s heart is. She brings honesty, deep respect for privacy, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to her new career in real estate.
Amanda is a lover of life with a passion for working with people, traveling, and all things outdoors. She lives in the Lakes Regions with her husband and their three beautiful daughters. They are a family of DIY enthusiasts, adventurers and comedians.
She graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2015 and has worked in the customer service field for over 10 years. Most recently, Amanda was a Floor Assistant in Northeast Delta Dental’s Customer Service Department. Prior to Northeast Delta Dental she worked at the State of New Hampshire Department of Revenue and at Concord’s Home Depot.
Driven to help others, Amanda volunteers her time helping with community school events, food pantries, blood drives, holiday toy fundraisers, and the local Girl Scout troop.
