White Rock Senior Living Community is located in a beautiful wooded hillside set in the center of Bow, New Hampshire, 2 1/2 miles from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. White Rock is designed as a traditional and charming New England village. White Rock offers either independent living cottages or apartments and is for active adults 55 years of age or older looking to simplify and enhance their lives. Residents may live as independently as they wish and pursue their lives with vigor and enthusiasm. In addition, a wide array of optional support services are available should the need arise.

The 36 cottages built at White Rock will be of high quality construction, and function independently within the White Rock community. If desired, all Cottage residents may have access to the common facilities in the main building, including the Dining Room, Library, Exercise Room, Wellness Center, Hair and Beauty Salon for men and women, Screened Porch, and Patio.

Cottage residents will have a life long lease, and pay an initial partially refundable Entry Fee, Security Deposit, Monthly Rent, and Monthly Charges for Utilities, or may purchase the Cottage outright. Many other optional services are available at the discretion of the resident.

White Rock Senior Living Community is the ideal choice for active adults 55 years of age and older who desire independence, security, and would like to simplify their lives but enjoy the peace of mind knowing that caring and quality services are available when needed.
